If the last day falls on a weekend or public holiday, it moves to the next business day. GİB example: notice 7 January 2026 → 9 February.
Deadline
The discount is one month. The appeal is fifteen days.
Since 31 January 2024 the early-payment discount is one month from notice. Sites that still say 15 days are mixing it up with the appeal.

GİB 2026 guide: a 7 January 2026 notice has a discounted last day of 9 February 2026. 7 February is a Saturday, so the deadline moves to Monday.
The discount applies only to the money fine. Licence days, penalty points and a traffic ban are not cleared by paying early.
